Camping: New Recipes & Tips

Every time you go camping (unless you are a regular camper), the recipes seem to be consistent: hamburgers, hot dogs, s'mores, etc. 
Why not change it up this time and do one of these exciting recipes that are great for camping.

Make pancake mix before the trip, freeze in plastic baggies, keep in cooler and set out to thaw when ready to cook.

No-Bake Energy Bites:

1 cup (dry) oatmeal 
1/2 cup chocolate chips 
1/2 cup peanut butter 
1/2 cup ground flaxseed 
1/3 cup honey 
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and then roll into balls. Put in refrigerator or cooler to keep shape.
